A high-spec energy sector project requiring the fabrication and supply of an underground horizontal cylindrical GRP holding tank. Produced via a precision filament winding process, the heavily ribbed 185 m³ tank features integrated access shafts and custom hold-down straps designed to handle subterranean soil and groundwater loads.

An active utility infrastructure project involving the supply of Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipes and fittings. GRE is specifically utilized here for its superior pressure handling, slick internal surface to prevent scaling, and absolute corrosion resistance in high-demand water transmission systems.

Water Tank for DEWA. Biggest water tank in the region, 75M x 75M x 4M.

Supply of GRP ecofilter vertical cylindrical including all accessories & hardwares. Size: Ø4300mm x 10077mm (Height). Dome top/flat bottom. By filament winding process. Design pressure: +5 KPa.

Supply for GRE Pipes & Fittings for underground and aboveground line. Size: DN300 to DN1600.

Supply of GRP chemical tanks for process and utility systems across the steam generation and desalination facility, engineered in filament-wound GRP for sustained resistance to aggressive process chemicals and continuous plant operating conditions.

The Royal Atlantis project was an execution of over 100,000 Sqm. of high grade GFRC panels in various forms, shapes and sizes across a 4 year period that serves as a testimony of Extra Co's ability as a business unit and group to handle mega scale project executions with utmost planning and stakeholder satisfaction. The project serves as a case study internally for executing all large scale projects drawing on the rich experience of managing design, engineering, production layout, QA/QC, logistics and storage, product improvement and critical installation at site.

The NMIAL is a landmark airport project built in the outskirts of Mumbai city. The GFRG works at Navi Mumbai International Airport are a major architectural feature of the terminal’s futuristic “floating lotus” concept designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The ceiling and wall systems are integrated into the airport’s structural expression, lighting strategy, acoustics, and passenger experience, flowing into various forms seamlessly. Extra Co executed nearly 20,000+ Sqm. of GFRG after going through multiple rounds of commercial and technical tendering & validation by the client and main contractor's core engineering team.

The District area was renovated in Dubai Mall and inaugurated during Eid 2025, and features fresh modern simplistic design with arches, curves, barrel ceilings, domes and coordinated integrated lighting works . Extra Co executed the full GRG and GRP nearly ~ 5,000 Sqm. works in the designated areas, within the stipulated time fully satisfying all design intent.

The project consists of approximately 1,500 Sqm. of fire rated GFRP in white color matt finished. The panels are unique and thus required unique moulds to prepare the final panels. One Arch was assembled at the factory to check for fit and finish prior to its final installation at the site to ensure uninterrupted installation.

The project consists of ~ 30,000+ Sqm. of GRC Cladding across various types such as Slab Edge Cladding, Fascia Cladding in the form of Ribs and Plain smooth in shades of White and Grey. The shapes, patterns, colors and sizes mirror buildings in the vicinity.

This project comprises of a 36-storey building with façade cladding of various types including vertical façade cladding, slab edges, decorative pattern cladding that resemble waves and roof top cladding.
